Waitlist Privacy Notice

Options Guru is operated by Tides.Network, Inc., which is the data controller for the information described here. You can reach our Data Protection Officer at support@rafa.ai, or by post at 2443 Fillmore St #380-8884, San Francisco, CA 94115, United States.

When you submit the waitlist form we collect your email address, and a referral source recorded from the link you arrived through (or “direct” if you came to the site without one). We also record the date and time you signed up.

We do not ask for your name, payment details, or any financial or trading information to join the waitlist. Please don’t send us information we haven’t asked for.

We use your email address to notify you when early access becomes available and to send occasional updates about the launch. We use the referral source to understand which channels people find us through, so we can focus our efforts.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use your waitlist email for unrelated marketing.

If you are in the EU or UK, we rely on your consent — given when you submit the form — to send you launch communications, and on our legitimate interest in understanding how people discover the product. You can withdraw your consent at any time, and doing so does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

We share waitlist data only with the service providers that help us store it and send launch emails, and only so they can perform those tasks for us. We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so. Your data may be processed in the United States, where we are based.

We keep your waitlist entry until the product launches and you either create an account or tell us you’re no longer interested, and for up to one year afterwards, unless a longer period is required by law. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your waitlist information, or to stop using it, by emailing support@rafa.ai. Every email we send you will also include an unsubscribe link. We will ask you to verify your identity before we act on a request.

If you are in the EU, you also have the right to complain to the supervisory authority in your Member State. If you are a California resident, you may request details of any personal information disclosed for direct marketing purposes by writing to the same address.

We protect waitlist information using commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit and restricted access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The waitlist is intended for adults. Please don’t sign up if you are under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from someone under the applicable age, we will delete it.

If we make significant changes to this notice, we will post the updated version here and, where appropriate, let you know by email.
